3. Account Registration and Security

4.3 Third-Party Payments

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. 4.4 Currency

If you deposit funds using a payment method denominated in a different currency, the amount will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate determined by the payment provider or financial institution, and you are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification, fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and compliance with these Terms. 9. Account Suspension and Termination

fcc188's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their fcc188 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the claim.

fcc188 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously or free from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability. fcc188 accepts no liability for losses incurred by a User as a result of platform unavailability.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Internal Dispute Resolution

PAGCOR's dispute resolution process operates independently of fcc188, and its findings are binding on the Platform.

11.3 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

12. Amendments to These Terms

fcc188 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Users via email, platform notification, or prominent notice on the fcc188 website at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the fcc188 platform after any modification to these Terms takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using fcc188 and request account closure before the effective date.
